The classroom portion is held at 164 E Center St, Suite 14, Manchester, CT. The live-fire portion takes place the same day at Wolf's Indoor Range in Bristol, CT — you'll need to drive to the range from the classroom.

This class is designed for complete beginners. You do not need any experience at all — we teach safe handling from the ground up in a relaxed, supportive environment.

No. We supply everything needed for the classroom and live-fire portions: firearms, ammunition, targets, and eye and ear protection. You cannot bring your own firearm — everything is provided.

8 hours, including the live-fire portion at Wolf's Indoor Range in Bristol the same day. Travel to the range from the classroom is required.

You must be at least 21 years old to apply for the CT pistol permit or MA LTC.

Life happens. You can reschedule once at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice before your class. Just call or text us and we'll move you to a date that works.

Yes. Whether your permit expired, or you're military or police, the state requires the full class including live fire to issue your certificate.
