Incoming Transfers
$35 per firearm
Buying online from out of state? Have it shipped to us. Transferring a collection? It's $35/firearm for the first 3, then just $15 for each additional firearm — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Outgoing Transfers
$35 per firearm + shipping
Sold a firearm to someone out of state? We'll ship it to the receiving dealer. You cover the $35 transfer fee plus all shipping costs.

When it comes to firearm transfers, we pride ourselves on providing a seamless and efficient process. Our team is well-versed in the intricacies of FFL transfers, ensuring your experience is convenient and hassle-free. Selling or shipping out of state?
Outgoing Transfers — How It Works
- The receiving dealer provides us a copy of their FFL — they can email it to [email protected]. During shipment we include a copy of our FFL and mark the package with your name as the recipient.
- The receiving dealer arranges the transfer to your buyer / recipient.
- We'll need the name and phone number of the person receiving the firearm to include with the paperwork for the receiving dealer.
- You are responsible for any FFL transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL and/or state, and for confirming local laws at the receiving location.

Important Transfer Policies
- Ensure that ANY item(s) you are receiving are legal in the state of Connecticut — we will not transfer any item(s) that do not meet Connecticut guidelines. It is your responsibility as the recipient to research and understand CT regulations.
- In the event of non-compliance or any issues with the transfer, YOU are solely responsible for ANY charges incurred during the return process.
- Please pick up your items within 30 days of being notified they are ready. Items not collected within that period are considered abandoned and become the property of Alpha Pistol.
